Financial Controller

Your Responsibilities

As our Financial Controller, you will participate in daily operational tasks, and you analyze and challenge current methods and processes. Your focus is on quality, efficiency, and optimization in the daily work in the organization. Furthermore, you will contribute to creating performance and increased financial insight through analyses, reporting, and well-documented recommendations. 

Your main tasks consist of: 

  • Financial controlling.  
  • Monthly reporting and be a part of closing meetings with the operation.
  • Year-end preparation and the annual report.
  • Business partnering.
  • International VAT – if any experience.
  • Participating in an IT-project.
  • Transfer pricing.
  • Ad hoc controlling tasks.

 

Who You Are

We imagine that you have solid experience (5-10 years) from a similar position, where financial controlling has been your primary task. Additionally, you are structured and detail-oriented, take responsibility for your tasks, and thrive with varied tasks during a workday. As a person, you are positive, have good interpersonal skills, are adaptable to changes, and always engage in both your work and your colleagues.

We also expect that you:

  • Have strong IT skills. 
  • Are an experienced user of Microsoft Excel.
  • Have a good understanding of general processes in a finance function.
  • Have strong language skills in Danish and English, both spoken and written, as our corporate language is English. Additionally, if you can speak German, it will be an advantage as your focus area is in Germany.
