Product Compliance Specialist

The role

As our Product Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the standards of compliance globally. You’ll have a unique opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders, ensuring that our products are not only compliant but also aligned with our CSR strategy, values and visions. You will be closely linked with our Product Development team and play a key role in responsible decision making. 

Your dedication to maintaining and updating master data within product compliance will ensure that our processes are efficient and within standards and regulations, supporting our goal of continuous improvement. By taking on this responsibility, you will secure that we continue to deliver high-quality, safe, and compliant products globally.

Key responsibilities:

  • Secure compliance across all product categories including labelling and packaging. 
  • Daily communication and collaboration with suppliers and partners.
  • Secure and maintain master data related to product compliance.
  • Stay on top of newest regulations and tendencies within product compliance.
  • Ensure that new regulations are defined and implemented.
  • Ensure data compliance based on regulation and law combined with RAINS strategy and standards.
  • Lead and drive the AGEC and EU Passport data compliance.
  • Ensure that we have all required documents and tests.
  • Support our ESG team in projects related to product or production 
  • Maintain and update data/certifications related to BSCI, FSC, CBRAM, EUDR ex.


Who you are 

We are seeking a structured and proactive candidate with a strong background in Product Compliance and an in-depth understanding of materials and production. We imagine that you bring in experience from purchasing, sourcing, or development. You thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple projects across IT, Legal, Marketing, Sales, and Product Development.

Furthermore, we expect that you have:

  • Strong IT and technical skills, with a proactive approach to optimizing daily tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbally.
  • A positive, ownership-driven mindset, comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

You must expect occasional travel as part of the role.

You will report to the Head of Product Development. The position is full-time.
