Sales Advisor — Galeries Lafayette Pop-up

Then Rains needs you for its talented global team of sales advisors – helping us continue our growth journey. We’re now looking for 2 confident and proactive Sales Advisors who thrive in an informal yet ambitious environment, take ownership of daily operations, and enjoys working closely with a driven team.

The Role

You will join the team at our temporary women’s pop-up store at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann, 40 Boulevard Haussmann, 75009 Paris, France. The position is full-time (35 hours per week) and runs from 6 November to 9 December.

You enjoy working with customers, are comfortable giving advice and helping with daily tasks in the store, and bring a friendly, down-to-earth energy to the team. As our Sales Advisor, everything you do centers around giving the customer a premium experience. You will therefore be vital to maintaining Rains’ strong brand perception.

 Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Show passion and excitement for the brand and products through storytelling and engaging communication skills.
• Uphold the visual display of all products in accordance with Rains visual standards.
• Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
• Manage point-of-sale processes.
• Accurately describe product features and benefits.
• Follow Rains’ policies and procedures.

The Ideal Profile

We are looking for a candidate who is organized, detail-oriented, curious, and proactive. You are a great team player and have a go-getter mindset.

We imagine you are/have:

• Attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of accountability and a good customer experience.
• The ability to adapt to different customers’ needs and personalities.
• A team player with a desire to collaborate effectively with the entire team in the store.
• The ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in retail, sales, or service is a plus.
