Sales Advisor — Paris

The Role

For our store located at 78 rue du Temple, Paris, we are looking for a Sales Advisor with a warm, welcoming, and energetic profile to help drive success on our retail-journey. Our Sales Advisors always have an eye on converting walk-in traffic to buying customers and ultimately brand ambassadors by creating energy, excitement, and desire for the product and brand. Everything you do will be centered around giving the customer a premium experience. 

We are looking for someone who can work 35 hours per week and report directly to the Store Manager. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the sales team in the store and with sales teams across other Rains stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Showing passion and excitement for the brand and products through storytelling and engaging communication skills.
• Upholding the visual display of all products in accordance with Rains visual standards.
• Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
• Manage point-of-sale processes.
• Accurately describe product features and benefits.
• Follow Rains’ policies and procedures.
   

Your profile

• Attention to detail and the importance of accountability and good customer experience. 
• Able to adapt to different customers' needs and personalities.
• Team player with a desire to collaborate effectively with the entire team in the store.
• Able to work in a fastmoving and dynamic environment, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Functioning well while working with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Experience in either retail, sales, or service is a plus.
