Product Developer - Footwear

The role
As our Product Developer - Footwear, your focus will be leading the footwear development from supplier sourcing, tech pack and design reviews, transforming concepts into final production-ready products. Furthermore, your role will be crucial in ensuring that each product is feasible, durable and aligns with our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full development process, from concept until finalized production-ready products.
- Provide comments/feedback on prototype samples and pre-production samples.
- Maintain meticulous records of the product development process. This includes detailed specifications and documentation that ensure consistency and quality throughout the development cycle and sampling.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with suppliers to make sure that we have access to the best materials and manufacturing capabilities.
- Create product master data and technical specifications.
- Secure relevant tests within product development process, including wear, performance/comfort, and chemical testing. Being the lead of the communication and implementation of adjustments to follow standards.
- Optimizing the cost/value of new and existing products and ensure that target prices are met throughout the development process.
- Support our Quality Control team at the production unit.
- Meet and follow-up on product development deadlines.
Who you are
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in footwear development. We imagine that you have a deep understanding of design and manufacturing processes and have exceptional project management skills. You thrive on innovation, possess strong analytical abilities, and have a passion for creating high-quality products that resonate with consumers.

- Strong IT skills.
